If she doesn’t love it, send it back. That’s the whole policy — the rest is just the details that make it true.

60-day free returns

You have 60 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund. We pay the return shipping, fully insured. No restocking fees, no questions, no awkward phone call — start it by email and we send a prepaid, insured label the same day.

What we need back

• The piece in its original, unworn condition.
• The presentation box and any certificates (GIA/IGI papers) it arrived with.
• Nothing else — no forms to print, no original-packaging gymnastics.

How a return works

1. Email hello@annivara.com (or use Help Choosing) with your order number.
2. We email back a prepaid, insured return label within hours.
3. Drop it off. Once it reaches us and passes a quick inspection, your refund goes to the original payment method.

When you’ll see the refund

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of us receiving the piece. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it — that part is out of our hands.

Exchanges & resizing

Want a different size or a different piece? Tell us — an exchange is simpler than a return and refund, and we’ll guide it. Ring and band resizing is free for life, whether it’s the first month or the tenth year.

The rare exceptions

Pieces that have been engraved or custom-altered at your request can’t be returned, for obvious reasons — we’ll always flag this before any custom work begins. Everything in our standing collection is covered by the full 60-day return.
