The plain-language version: we sell genuine, accurately described fine jewellery, we stand behind it, and we ask that you order in good faith. The formal version follows.

Who we are

Annivara (“we,” “us”) operates this online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy.

Our pieces are one of a kind

Most pieces in our collection are unique — one in stock, ever. When a piece sells, it’s gone. We make every effort to keep availability accurate in real time, but in the rare event a piece sells simultaneously, we’ll contact you immediately and refund in full or help you find a close alternative.

Prices & descriptions

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice, though never after you’ve placed an order. We describe every piece — metal, carat weight, stone, certification — as accurately as we can. Independent grading (GIA, IGI) is noted only where it genuinely applies. Screens vary, so colours and scale are approximate; the specifications are exact.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the piece (or send confirmation). We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a piece is unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or we cannot verify payment.

Returns, refunds & resizing

Covered in full in our Returns & Exchanges policy: 60-day free insured returns, refunds to the original payment method, and lifetime ring resizing.

Warranty & care

Every piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and loss are not covered — we recommend insuring valuable pieces under your home or a dedicated jewellery policy. Care guidance comes with every order.

Your account & conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the store unlawfully or fraudulently. We may suspend access for misuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
