Complimentary insured shipping

Shipping is included on every order, to every address we serve. Each parcel is fully insured for its value until it’s in your hands, ships discreetly with no price or brand markings on the outside, and requires a signature on delivery — a diamond is never left on a doorstep.

When it arrives

• Canada & United States: 2–5 business days after dispatch, with express options at checkout when the date is tight.
• International: 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs.

Most in-stock pieces dispatch within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link the moment it ships.

Cutting it close to the date?

Tell us the anniversary when you order — or message Help Choosing — and we’ll make sure it arrives in time, or tell you honestly if it won’t. We’d rather lose the sale than ruin the day.

Customs & duties (international)

Orders outside Canada and the US may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These aren’t included in your order total and are the recipient’s responsibility — customs rules vary, and we can’t pre-pay them for you. If this matters for your order, ask us first and we’ll estimate it.

If something goes wrong

A parcel lost or damaged in transit is fully insured — contact us and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund. You are never out of pocket for a shipping failure.
